Innovation in Manufacturing & Engineering programme

Large and small businesses working together to develop leadership and innovation skills

Innovation in Manufacturing and Engineering is a seven-month programme specifically designed for small and medium-sized businesses who have significant engineering and/or manufacturing capability, who want to develop their leadership and innovation skills by working with world-class organisations and a leading university.

This programme will help manufacturing and engineering businesses develop their leadership, technical and innovation skills, boost productivity and create prosperous local communities within the North West. Direct engagement with large, world-class organisations such as BAE Systems and Siemens and wrap-around skills training from Lancaster University Management School and Lancaster University Engineering Department will help a network of SMEs be more competitive in the global economy.

The benefits

Through this programme, you are able to adopt a set of business tools. Lancaster University Management School, which typically ranks in the global top 100 business schools, will provide you with an insight into cutting edge practices allowing you to drive performance and success.
