Abstract: Neutrinos are becoming a tool for looking inside the Earth. In this seminar I explain how this is coming about with the detection of geoneutrinos in the Kamland and Borexino experiments. I will discuss what this detection means for the understanding of Earth from its formation. The plans to develop the technique in future measurements will be described. I will highlight some of the puzzles about the formation of the Earth which these and future measurements bring.
