Accommodation Deposit

Payments for accommodation deposits can only be made as part of the acceptance of the accommodation contract. If you have been made an offer for accommodation you will be able to view the details and pay your deposit through the residences web portal. If you have any further queries please contact your College Residence Officer or visit the accommodation website.

Student Invoices

What if I can't pay by card online?

Lancaster University’s preferred method of payment is by credit or debit card but we realise this isn’t always possible. Other methods of payment available to students are as follows:

UK Bank Transfer

Send a payment direct to the University’s bank account.

International Bank Transfers

Send a payment from an international bank account. Lancaster University has partnered with Western Union Business Solutions to allow students the opportunity to securely send international wire transfers for payment of tuition and/or accommodation fees in their local home currency. Cheque/Bankers Draft

Send a cheque or bankers draft directly to Lancaster University.

China Pay Card Payment

Send a card payment using a China Union Pay card. Lancaster University has partnered Western Union Business Solutions to provide a unique opportunity for students to pay using their China Union Pay Card.
